Holiday Pay

Omaha Track Equipment provides all regular, full-time employees with eight (8) paid holidays. Holidays observed are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Employees are eligible for Holiday Pay immediately.

Vacations and Paid Time Off (PTO)

Omaha Track Equipment offers all full-time, regular employees with vacation time to provide opportunities for rest, relaxation, and personal pursuits.

Personal time off (PTO) is available to all full-time employees. Eligible employees will be credited eight (8) hours of PTO after 90 days of continuous employment, and will then receive a credit of eight (8) hours per quarter during the first calendar year of employment. As of January 1st each calendar year, employees are credited 32 hours of PTO to be used during the calendar year.
